Ricky's been hairdressing for 11 years and has a number of training courses including - Colour Keys 1, 2, and 3, NVQ Level 2, Classic Cuts also Men’s Cuts Level 2H3, Kerastase Ambassador course, L'Oreal H3.
When he started cutting his friends hair behind the bush at school he never thought of taking it up as a career. Not even after his parents dragged him to work at his first salon. Only afterwards did he realized he had a true passion. After a short break from hairdressing he came to Kate Bloom’s where he rediscovered his flare. Ricky's always enjoyed meeting new people, who he feels, inspire him to create various looks from classic to chic. Ricky says "It feels exciting to discuss new ideas and try new technique’s". Ricky, a Finalist in the 2012 L’Oreal Men's Image award loves to constantly push himself to higher standards.
