Covid-19 update 19-05-2020: 

Online booking is disabled until further notice

We hope every one of our clients are keeping safe and well and hope to see you all soon.Just to keep you informed as to the latest news with what is happening at the salon. 

At present it looks like we may be able to open on the 4th July but obviously this depends on the Government road plan progressing as hoped, but this may change? Those of you that did have existing bookings for July onward, your appointments will be left in place, unless we are told we cannot open from the 4th and then we will inform you? After that, we have clients presently on the wait list (if you wish to be added to the wait list see below) and we think that it is only fair, when we start to take bookings again, that it should be in order of who has been on the wait list the longest. But, we didn’t want to book appointments in just yet as it is still in the early stages of the government plan and therefore this plan could change over the coming weeks and we don’t want to let our clients down and have to move your appointments again?

There will obviously be lots of changes due to the virus at the salon and in the way we complete your services upon reopening. We have been working hard behind the scenes to ensure your safety and that of the team when we reopen. These changes that affect your appointment and the way the salon functions will be in line with government guidelines and your safety and that of our team will always be at the forefront of our minds.

The changes will be announced on our website, www.katebloom.co.uk and on our Facebook page very soon and you will also be emailed details prior to your appointment.

We know that you might be desperate to get an appointment as soon as we re-open so if you would like to be put on the wait list please email me at mark@katebloom.co.uk whereby we will ring you when we are certain of our allowed opening date?

Please Read Before Booking

Simply follow the 3 easy steps below to search our diary and request an available appointment. When reviewed and accepted you'll receive a confirmation e-mail, please contact us if you do not receive your confirmation email.

NOTE: New Colour Clients and Beauty Technical Clients require a skin allergy test at least 48hrs prior to appointment. Existing clients must have a skin test if previous Colour was over 12 months prior.

If you have a problem finding a suitable time for the service you would like on-line, please give us a call, over the phone we may be able to move other appointments slightly or reschedule lunch breaks to accommodate you.

Please give 48hrs notice if you wish to cancel. If you do not show for your appointment or cancel on the day the Stylist/Beautician cannot work, therefore please understand we have to make a charge for late cancellations and no shows.

COVID-19 update 23-03-2020:

It is with deep regret we announce that the salon will be closing from today until further notice. 

Keeping our staff, you and your family’s safe and well must, and always will be, our first priority. Given the continued escalation of the virus, the thoughts of our team and the messages from the government on social distancing it is clear the time has now come to close the salon with immediate effect.

Clearly, this decision will have a great impact on our staff who have shown such remarkable dedication to the salon in extremely testing times. We will be supporting them in every way we can through the weeks and months ahead, until they can get back to doing what they do best - giving you the best possible service at our salon. 

We wish you, your friends and family well at this difficult time and hope we can all get through this safely.
